Hi, I’m Nadia.

I specialise in personal and leadership development, stress management, work-life balance and career transitions.
During my 33-year career, I have always worked with organisations and individuals to improve effectiveness. My interests include workplace health promotion, stress management, adapting to new ways of working and helping individuals achieve their career, personal and academic goals. I’ve worked as a senior researcher and consultant at EU and national level, an independent evaluator of new initiatives and with students in Higher Education. Some more about me…
I am a coach, mentor, wife, mother, grandmother. My husband has recently retired we have four amazing adult children who each have their individual interests and career aspirations. Family life when they were young was great fun and at times very demanding.
I come from a multicultural background. Born in South Africa to a mixed race family, we moved to Ireland in 1971. Life under apartheid imposed structural limitations on who you could be, where you could go and what you could achieve. These beliefs often became deeply ingrained. Moving to Ireland brought freedom and provided new opportunities.
Studying Organisational and Social Psychology gave me a depth of understanding about ‘what makes us tick’ at work, at home, in groups and how our environment impacts on us and shapes the lens through which we view the world. I continue to be captivated by this.
In my spare time, I love to travel, cook, read, go to the theatre and socialise with friends and family.
