Our sessions will help you to better understand yourself and what’s important to you. Together we will identify what you want, and what’s getting in the way of you achieving your goals. I take a ‘high challenge, high support’ approach to help you explore your beliefs, ingrained patterns and expectations and gain the insights to move forward. Together we will create new ways of thinking, opening up doors to innovative solutions and powerful changes.

What to expect

Our Sessions

We always start with an initial phone call. This is to check in with where you are currently at in your life, and what you would like to achieve with our coaching sessions.

In our one-to-one session, we’ll begin to explore what is blocking and limiting you from living at your fullest potential. These focused conversations will challenge debilitating thought patterns and replace them with new, liberating perceptions, allowing you to move into a more effective and empowered way of being. 

Yes, some parts of the process can be challenging, it’s so worth it for the growth and freedom you experience on the other side.

Sessions last 60 mins and can be face-to-face (in South Dublin) or online.

  • Yes- if you’re ready to commit to change and prioritise your personal development. You may have a number of things you want to address like working towards a promotion, reducing stress and improving relationships with colleagues. Or, you might want to feel more generally fulfilled in your job and life. Whatever your situation, we can work on it together.

  • Partnering with a coach gives you the dedicated time to pause, reflect and consider challenges from different perspectives. In each session, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while I listen and contribute observations and questions. This helps to create clarity and moves the client into considering new choices. Coaches are not advisors, or experts in the client’s field;they are part facilitators, part challengers. They gather high quality information about the client’s thinking, emotional responses and behaviours, in different time frames, psychological states and situations. They can then offer interventions which leave the client more resourceful and more in control of their own situation.

  • You can have as many or as few coaching sessions as you like. Sessions are tailored to your needs and can easily fit around your schedule. Some people hire a coach once every few months, some people have a session once a week. It is entirely up to you to decide.
